A true voyage of discovery. We head offshore40-50 miles in search of all Cetaceans, along with a multitude of magnificent pelagic species. The migration path offshore of Cape May, makes it a unique jumping off point to view many species in a short period of time. You may come away with some new lifers. Once in a lifetime opportunity awaits. This trip is narrated by our experienced Captains and Naturalists. A designated Trip Leader along with Environmental Science, Marine Biology, and Research interns will be aboard to compile your Species List, which will be shared at the end of the trip. The trip is aboard New Jersey's Largest and Fastest Whale and Dolphin Watcher, the Cape May Whale Watcher fleet. With two decks of Marine Mammal viewing space with heated and air conditioned cabins, cushioned seating, and ample space aboard ship to spread out.

Marine Mammals: Humpback whales, North Atlantic Right whales, Minke whales, Fin whales, Pilot whales, Bottlenose dolphins, Rissos dolphins, and more
Pelagic Birds: Shearwaters, Gannets, Fulmar, Loons, Jaegers, Razor Bills, Murres, Dovekies, and even Puffins depending on season.
Other Species: Basking shark, Great White shark, Hammerhead shark, Thresher shark, Mola Mola (Ocean Sunfish) Loggerhead Sea Turtles, Bluefin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Jellyfish, and more
These trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. Trips will only sail in favorable weather conditions, on a decision made y the Captain 48 hours prior to the trip. Tickets must be purchased on our website. No walk ups. Seating is limited.
